Overall Aim: Enable participants to use social media confidently and effectively for their business, in general or in their current role.

Course Prerequisites
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with using a computer, accessing the internet, and basic software applications.

1. Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their functionalities.
2. Access to Social Media Accounts: Participants should have access to their business or personal social media accounts to practice during the course.
3. Willingness to Learn: Openness to exploring new tools and techniques in digital marketing and social media.

These prerequisites ensure that participants can maximise their learning experience and effectively implement the strategies covered in the course.

The course is designed to make a significant impact online, helping attendees leverage social media tools to grow their business presence and engagement. This is a hands on and practical workshop

Michelle has been providing successful digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and selling out many events for her valued clients in Ireland since she became a business owner in 2019. Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in the sales and marketing industry, worked with small and medium sized companies throughout her career, having many diverse roles, including event coordinator, office manager, business development manager before setting out on her own.

Michelle is a fully QQI qualified trainer, qualified digital marketing specialist, won Louth Business Woman of the Year with Network Ireland and a finalist in the regional awards, Won Ireland’s Networker of the Year in 2022 in BNI (Business Network International) and was just awarded a Gold Club Member with BNI in August 2024.

Michelle is always upskilling and just completed her diploma with UCD Academy for Artificial Intelligence for Businesses in March 2024.
