  • Design your AI-enhanced sales tech stack. Find your way through thousands of applications to select your curated set of tools. 
  • Master prompt engineering for effective AI-assisted outcomes 
  • Identify the key data sources necessary for your AI journey 
  • Get access to 11 custom GPTs to implement and immediately see results in your business 
  • Activity: learn how to build your own GPTs to enhance performance a every stage of the sales cycle 

 

Module 2: Seller Capabilities Enhanced with AI 

  • Prospecting – defining your ICP, identifying high quality prospects and engagement strategies 
  • Buyer Analysis – using AI to identify buyer signals, goals, challenges and current priorities for high impact engagement 
  • Messages – creating compelling messages to inspire customers and create an evidence-based alternative vision of the future leading to commitment to act 
  • Best practice on how to use MS Copilot for Teams and Google Workspace 
  • Activity: run the Custom Seller GPTs using your own data to gain real world experience and results that you can apply to your business immediately. 

 

Module 3: Continuous Performance Improvement for Managers 

  • Lead analysis and prioritisation for optimised sales engagement 
  • Strategy development and playbook creation to enhance the buyer experiences 
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and predictive analytics for revenue predictability 
  • Performance management – data visualisation including correlation and root cause analysis, predictive analytics 
  • Activity: run the Custom Manager GPTs using your own data to implement immediate performance management improvements 

 

Module 4: Seamless AI Integration for Sales Success 

  • The future of AI B2B selling: 2026 and beyond 
  • Agility, connectedness and real-time insights as key success factors 
  • Building the AI powered sales ecosystem for customers, vendors and partners 
  • Crafting your strategic roadmap for successful AI implementation in your business 
  • Activity: craft a step-by-step plan to integrate AI into your sales process using a proven industry blueprint for success
