Michelle is a fully qualified QQI-certified trainer with a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for empowering others through practical, up-to-date social media and AI training. With a career rooted in supporting small and medium-sized businesses, she brings real-world experience and hands-on knowledge to every session.
In March 2023, Michelle earned her Diploma in AI for Business with UCD, embracing AI as a core part of her work as a digital marketer ever since. She integrates these evolving tools into her strategies, helping businesses work smarter, save time, and stay ahead.
Her expertise spans digital strategy, content creation, AI integration, and event marketing—skills she has used to drive growth and visibility for the many companies she’s worked with. Michelle has also spent several years coordinating successful events, giving her a deep understanding of how to leverage digital platforms to promote services, products, and experiences effectively.
