Managing People QQI Level 6 – 3 Day Course

This engaging and interactive training programme will equip participants with a range of management, leadership, communication, motivation, interpersonal and organisational skills to confidently deliver results and build high performing teams.

Course Prerequisites

  • Full attendance is required.
  • This training programme is workshop style and you will participate in training exercises and discussions. A willing to learn is essential.
  • For live on-line training, you will need a commuter and a good broad band connection.  We will send a link to join the training.   You are required to have your cameras on at all times during the training.
  • You will need a high level of fluency in spoken and written English.
  • For the QQI award, you will need a valid Irish PPSN or UK national insurance number.  You will only be asked for this by our QQI Co-ordinator at the time you submit your final work for certification. Your personal details are protected under our Data Protection Policy.

This course is suitable for Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors who are looking to develop and enhance their organisational and interpersonal skills to manage their team’s performance.

This course is certified by QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland).  Certification is awarded at Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications.  The credit value is 15. Certification is awarded on successful completion of a suite of assignments which we work though during the programme.  You will have 8 weeks after the course to submit your work for certification.

This accreditation is not aligned specifically with any CPD requirements / bodies.

This course will be delivered by Professional Development – All of our trainers are experienced People Managers and certified trainers.  They hold a wealth of real world experience leading and managing teams and delivering results through others.

In order for us to continue to bring you subsidized content we will require you to fill out a profile sheet which will be emailed to you after your booking – completion of this sheet guarantees you a place on the training.
