Management Development Programme

Norma Fitzgibbon
Norma Fitzgibbon has a BA in Tourism Business Management. In recent years she has become certified in Training and Evaluation certified, E learning essentials’ qualification and Project Management essential skills.
Norma’s training experience is in corporate; mainly in call centre/customer experience. Her remit included management of onboarding new staff; designing and developing learning content that is engaging and innovative to ensure transfer of required skills to effectively carry out roles. Norma has vast experience in Talent development through identifying potential and upskilling into new areas of the business, delivering systems and soft skills training, change implementation, coaching and mentoring support.
