Thursday 8th September, Lecture 7:  – An introduction to the planning and development acts, and an overview of project types requiring planning permission

Thursday 6th October, Lecture 8:

A review of building regulation requirements for the conservation of fuel and energy, including an overview of various strategies available to improve the thermal performance of walls, floor, roofs, windows and doors

Thursday 10th November, Lecture 9:

An overview of requirements to comply with interior aspects of Part B: Fire Safety of the Building Regulations. This topic is for non-domestic projects only. Compliance relating to domestic interiors is covered in Lecture 5.
