Course Overview

Lego Serious Play is a creative and interactive process that uses Lego models to represent complex concepts, enabling teams to communicate and collaborate more effectively. The method is grounded in research, encouraging playful, collaborative exploration to address challenges in real time.

 Course Overall Aim or Objective

 This 2-day course equips participants with the skills to lead their own dynamic workshops. The training covers everything from the science behind LSP to practical facilitation techniques, ensuring participants leave fully prepared to integrate the methodology into their professional practice.

Course Content

 Day 1: History of LSP, Skills Building, Individual, Shared and Landscape models – experience, applications and planning

Day 2: Going deeper with metaphors, Agents and Connections, The Science of LSP, Applications of LSP, designing sessions, facilitating practice sessions with peers, pitching, kits, community and trademark guidelines.

This course will be delivered by Briony Supple

Dr. Briony Supple, who brings over 20 years of global experience in education, has worked extensively across sectors to help organisations enhance problem-solving, communication, and strategy development using the LSP methodology. This method, known for its hands-on, minds-on approach, empowers participants to express ideas, tackle challenges, and build solutions using Lego bricks. She is a dynamic, highly skilled educator, facilitator and independent Design Thinking Consultant with background in education, innovative pedagogy, instructional design and creative problem-solving.
