This workshop is designed for employees who may have some understanding of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion but want to know more. Specifically, it looks at how to create a respectful workplace where everyone’s voice is heard and where inappropriate behaviours are tackled.

Course Overall Aim or Objective – To provide participants with the understanding and skills to create a more inclusive organisational culture.

Course Content

·       Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and what does it mean in the workplace

·       Discuss inclusive workplace culture

·       Understand our unconscious bias

·       Explore the concept of dignity and respect and impact in the workplace

·       Understand the relationship between language and behaviour and its potential for inequality

·       Identify ways to be more inclusive

This course will be delivered by The Irish Centre for Diversity  – is the largest provider of diversity and inclusion training in the republic of Ireland having delivered training to over 37,000 people. We work in partnership with hundreds of organisations across Ireland to support them with all aspects of their FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) journey
