2 Days Sales Development Programme designed to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to improve their confidence and skills in each step of the sales process. By the end of this programme, participants will have access to valuable tools, techniques, insights, and practical solutions that empower them to achieve their sales goals.
May: Thursday 22nd and June: Tuesday 24th. Start 9.30am – 4pm.

- Sales Fundamentals
- Understanding the sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up.
- Mastering key sales skills essential for success.
- Product & Industry Market Knowledge
- In-depth information about the products or services being sold.
- Developing Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) and identifying competitive advantages.
- Conducting SWOT analysis for strategic insights.
- Sales Techniques and Strategies
- Learning effective selling techniques, including consultative selling and key account management.
- Strategies for overcoming objections and successfully closing sales.
- Communication Skills
- Enhancing active listening and questioning techniques.
- Building rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Understanding buyer behaviour and adjusting your style
- Each customer is different, and we need to adjust our approach based on their buying style.
- Understanding the 4 key buyer styles and how to connect with each.
- Performance Metrics and Goal Setting
- Setting measurable goals and understanding key performance indicators.
- Applying SMART goals to drive success.
- Customer Retention and New Business Development
- Exploring strategies to retain and grow revenue from existing customers.
- Examining eight touchpoints for new business development.
Throughout the programme, we continuously review each module to ensure learners grasp the concepts and can effectively apply these skills in their roles. To make the training practical and relevant, participants are encouraged to bring examples of their own clients and customer situations. This approach ensures that attendees leave with actionable insights and solutions tailored to their unique challenges, delivering a solid return on investment for both individuals and their organizations Incorporating these elements will help create a well-rounded sales training program that equips sales professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
