This is customized and tailored series of training modules for the interior design sector giving the participants the skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively present and showcase what they do and to negotiate profitable business with clients and prospects. We draw on proven psychological and interpersonal research and provide practical and powerful techniques which can be used immediately and with great effect.

Module 2.              What Customers want. On Brand Behaviours to build trust and confidence

Module 3               Connecting with People/ Dealing with differing Personalities. (Animals exercise)

Module 4              Negotiation Skills . Getting to Yes.

Module 5              Influence and Persuasion

Module 6              Bringing it all together.
