The Opportunity – An exciting opportunity to work in a Technical Sales Support Representative role in Irelands leading trade supplier to the signage and printing market.
Key Accountabilities – This role is about providing excellent Customer Service to existing customers over the phone by providing technical sales support and also developing business with new customers by providing the technical information required in a professional and quick manner
Ideal person – The job exists within a demanding, fast paced environment. Consistently focusing on what is best for our customers is vital. The role demands someone who is eager to learn. It calls for a high level of optimism and a “can do” attitude. Attention to detail, good administrative skills and being able to switch rapidly between tasks will play a part in your success in the position
The job demands a customer focus and a positive and constructive view of working with others. As an effective communicator you always maintaining a friendly interface with others, building rapport and influencing people by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations. There will be a high percentage of time spent in listening to, understanding and successfully working with a wide range of customers.
The job requires a need to be thorough and complete tasks that have been started. You are someone who lives by the words of ‘follow up and follow through’.
Experience – Experience working within a trade environment for 2+ years
