    Team Overview – Our sales team works together to engage customers, drive sales forward and increase brand awareness.

    Role Purpose – To know how their customer’s money is spent, and what service they are receiving. They foster the relationship between Westside Press Ltd & the customer through accurate and efficient management of accounts, and timely resolution of any issues they may have. Any concerns or developments that may affect the timeline, quality or duration of the order, the Customer Account Manager has the responsibility to inform the customer. With a number of client accounts, the ability to manage effectively and prioritize the various customer tasks is paramount. In this role, the Account Manager liaises with cross-functional internal teams (including Designers, Printers, Bindery) and external suppliers (for outwork needs) to improve the entire customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assigned customer’s accounts
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Oversee customer account management
    • Utilize, review and update the client database “Tharstern”
    • Provide support and reassurance to customers
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of jobs according to customer needs and objectives
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues
    • Provide good quality control & communication on quality issues
    • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly / biweekly matters of interest
